Children buy their favorite toys. Not only for prayer, the festival of Eid is also known for its rich preparation in the food items. On the occasion of Eid kheer and seviyan are specially prepared in every home marking the festival. Other than that many more dishes are prepared like Dahi Vadas, Hyderabadi Biryani, Masala Chole, Ice-creams, Sheer Khurma etc. These are just to name a few. Muslim people also do charity on this day. They give zakaat from their maalo-asbaab(money and property). There is also a share of poor people in the money and food of Muslims.
